This is a generic message that MyPhotoApp provides when someone tries to access an app that does not exist.   There are several possible causes:

1.  Your client is typing the URL wrong  - resend the app URL

2.  You haven't published the App yet  - publish the App and try again

3.  You have renamed the App - Resend the App URL

4. You have deleted the App -    Recreate the app if still required

5. Your MyPhotoApp Trial account or Monthly subscription has expired - renew your subscription and republish your Apps. You may need to recreate the App  if it has already been routinely deleted from your old account.

6.  You have supplied the HTTPs App URL but the App was created on the HTTP builder before you switched to working on the HTTPs builder.  Republish the App so the HTTPs URL will apply or send the old URL.

7. You recently set up  a custom URL  -  If  none of your apps can be accessed there may be a problem with your domain provider and the setting applied.  double check your domain DNS settings and try setting up the custom URL again.

If you are unable to resolve the issue please submit a support ticket to get further assistance.
