The new workflow addition to MyPhotoApp is another great organizational tool to help you keep on top of your work and streamline your workflow.

Workflows you create will also integrate with CRM and the Forms you create in Apps. When you checkmark CRM, you can then select a workflow from the drop-down list.   Once the person has been added to CRM, they will be added to the first row, the first step of the workflow you specify.

It’s really easy to use and you can create different workflows for all aspects of your work from editing, client experience to product ordering from particular suppliers or even a weekly or monthly marketing plan.

Click on the Workflow tab to get started.

You can highlight individual items in the workflow with colors according to your own color code plan using the Quick color change button.

You can duplicate an existing workflow as a starting point or for a new year perhaps and then simply customize it with any changes you wish to make.

You can also add rows to your workflows in the settings menu to allow multidimensional workflows

Adding tasks and clients is simply a matter of drag and drop, click on the add button and drag to where you wish to add it.

To mark an item as completed click on the item and check the completed box.
