Up until Windows 10 support for printing to PDFs was dependent on other software like, MS office, adobe or your printer software to add this feature to the print options.

As most people are now using Windows 10, you should be in luck, because they finally included a print to PDF feature natively into the operating system called  “Microsoft Print to PDF”.

Print to PDF (Windows)
  1. Open a file in a Windows application.
  2. Choose File > Print.
  3. In the Print dialog box choose one of the installed PDF Printer options e.g. Microsft print to PDF or  Adobe PDF as the "printer".
  4. If you chose Adobe PDF you can customize the printer setting by clicking the Properties (or Preferences) button.
  5. Click Print. Type a name for your file, choose the location to save your PDF file to and click Save.

From the Builder - using Google Chrome

  • Click on the Form Data Tab and locate the model release form submission
  • Click on the preview button to open the form in a new browser Tab
  • Click the File menu and click Print.
  • Click the Change button under Destination
  • Select Save as PDF and click Save
  • Select where you want to save the PDF and click Save.

Note the print command may be in a different menu location on other browsers
