Where Do Form Submissions Go?

Q: Where does the application info, from a MPA Form, go once someone fills it out and submits it?
A: The form data gets sent to you as an email immediately upon submission, and it also stored on the Form Data Tab in the builder for 180 days so you to view and download it as a CSV (comma separated values file). You can then import this data into another program or spreadsheet.
