I changed the App Icon, but it doesn't change on the device

If you make changes to the icon image for an already existing app in the builder and publish, that isn't automatically updated on apps currently installed on Android devices like it is on IOS devices (e.g. iPhone, iPad).
To get the icon updated on Android devices, the app needs to be deleted and then installed again.
