If you have a subscription that includes lifetime hosting *, your apps will continue to work fine for your clients but you will lose the ability to manage your apps or see statistics regarding your apps. App management includes the ability to alter or delete your current apps. Forms will no longer send emails or be stored on the MyPhotoApp server.
If you have a monthly subscription or an annual subscription without the lifetime hosting option the Apps associated with that subscription will stop working when your account expires. Expired apps are routinely deleted and removed from the system after a while and are not recoverable once this happens
You can see which subscription you have by going to the license tab on the builder. If you currently have lifetime hosting, it will clearly say that in the green box.
To restore the functionality of expired apps, providing they have not yet been deleted, you will need to reactivate your subscription by logging into your account and going to the license tab and purchasing a new subscription. Once your new subscription is active, you will then need to publish your apps again to make them active.
You no longer need to publish your apps one at a time just click on the Apps Tab in the builder and click the Republish all apps button at the top.
You will need to repeat this action for each brand that you have in your MPA account.
To ensure all features included in existing Apps work again you will need to subscribe to an equal or higher level.
If you have lifetime hosting and need to manage an app after your subscription expires, you can renew your subscription at any time and regain access to your apps.
At any point you can request that your account be terminated and your account and all apps associated with the account will be permanently removed. There is no charge for this.
