Adding A Simple Enquiry Form

Every app should have some form of contact us or Enquiry form. If it doesn’t then you are missing out on a great opportunity to collect valuable data from potential clients.  It could be a tell me more, contact us, book your session or whatever heading fits your style and brand message.

The Contact form Section allows you to quickly add a simple one-click ‘contact us’ solution. It offers a quick and easy way to add a pre-built contact form to your Apps allowing you to collect basic information from people.

It consists of 3 x Text Line Input fields for name, phone and email and a submit button as shown here.  

You can either use it as it is or as a starting point to customize and add extra fields to meet your particular needs.
