Is it possible to link to a page in an app?

Yes you can go to a specific page in your app. Just append a # symbol and then the page name to the URL.
For example if you had an app with a URL of http://m.mp-app.com/brand/MyApp/ and in that app was a page with the label abc, to navigate to the abc page immediately, you would use the url http://m.mp-app.com/brand/MyApp/#abc
