To create a new MyPhotoApp brand (as in adding an entry to the BRAND: in the upper left hand corner) to logically separate apps, you go to the setup tab and click "add a new brand". You can think of a MyPhotoApp brand as like letting you have multiple accounts in MyPhotoApp, where each brand is like a new account. If by brand you are meaning the look, feel, and contact info, you do not need to create a new brand for that. You can just create an app and modify the branding info for that app.

If you are making Apps for other businesses its best practice to create one "generic myphotoapp brand" for this side of your business. You can then ceate all of your Apps for other bsiness in this brand.
Its not necessary, or a practical, to create a new myphotoapp Brand for each business and then just put one or two apps in there. In general, MyPhotoApp brands should only be created if you are planning to put a whole bunch of apps in the brand. So if you have a main client you create lots of apps for or a different side to your work that you want to seperate this is the time to add a new MyPhotoApp Brand.
